InnoVative Capital has carefully designed our project to meet the specific healthcare needs of Morgan County and adhere to a reasonable and financially supportable budget. They have assisted in several initiatives which include: fundraising support, tax-initiative support, USDA Direct Loan / construction note financing, and a clinical collaboration with Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center. Their five years of institutional support has enabled us to reach the point of replacing our 57-year old Critical Access Hospital.
