InnoVative Capital executes project financings, closes working capital and M&A loans, as well as structures debt refinancings. As an MSRB/SEC-Registered Municipal Advisor, InnoVative Capital represents municipalities, local governments, hospitals, public housing authorities, nonprofits, and other eligible tax-exempt borrowers. Funds are generated from municipal bond issues, commercial bank debt, construction loans, USDA Direct & Guaranteed Loans, short-term notes, and tax credits.

For its corporate clients, InnoVative Capital has access to equity investors for bridge and mezzanine financing for acquisitions and turnaround funding, as well as real estate projects.

As a HUD-licensed FHA mortgage lender, InnoVative Capital originates and executes FHA-insured and Ginnie Mae-collateralized mortgage loans for hospitals, public housing, senior living, and for-profit borrowers.
