InnoVative Capital invited to speak at two upcoming Housing Conferences in Q1 2020
Springfield, PA: (November 5, 2019) – InnoVative Capital is pleased to announce that Mr. Alan Richman, InnoVative Capital, President & CEO has been invited to speak at two upcoming Public Housing Conferences in the first quarter of 2020.
The first, Public Housing Authorities Directors Association’s (PHADA) 2020 Commissioners Conference, to be held January 5-8, 2020 at the Ponte Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Richman will be presenting with Mr. Jim Harbison, Executive Director of the Metropolitan Development Housing Authority, and Mr. Jim Hill, CEO of Organizational Performance Systems. This presentation will occur on Tuesday, January 7th from 1:30-3:00p on the topic of Repositioning Your Portfolio – Property and Financial Recapitalization Strategies That Work.
The second conference, Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies’ (PAHRA) 2020 Capitol Conference, to be held February 9-12, 2020 at the Harrisburg Hilton in Harrisburg, PA. Mr. Richman will be speaking and moderating a panel. The session Let’s Make a Deal will be focused on providing guidance on structuring deals relating to affordable, mixed-income or market rate developments, RAD conversions, historic preservation, etc. Mr. Richman has invited panelists that include bankers, underwriters, and investors. This session will occur on Monday, February 10th from 1:50-3:00p.
Attendees of these sessions will walk away with pragmatic advice that they can implement in their organization’s repositioning efforts.
